Dear All,

Thank you so much for searching for our website to see all about us. As executive director, I want you to know that we appreciate any and all of your donations and suggestions. Our foundation literally was formed at a dining room table in early January of 2008. It was formed with love in our hearts and tears in our eyes as we sat down to find a way to remember my family, my world, my life.  As we embarked on this foundation road, we asked friends and family to serve as assistants and helpers.

Our webpage was set up by one of Kari’s closest friends. We used the “.COM” location as it was easy to obtain and we wanted to move forward as soon as we could. As executive director, the past few months have opened my world to a whole new life of rules and regulations, let alone paperwork to fill out and applications to complete.

As a result of learning more each day about foundations and their interworking, our executive board has decided to change our web location for our webpage to “.ORG”.  It is important to our foundation that we establish the correct and appropriate guidelines that are above reproach. With that in mind we have moved our site to .ORG which is a typical signature of a NON-PROFIT foundation. Please update your favorites, pass the new news to your friends and family, and continue to come back and see our progress each day.
